The Minack Garden Tour?

Post by Chad »

The Minack have an extraordinary garden, built into the cliff and with a need for agility and good shoes to view it.

If we chose a day, would there be interest in us having a mini-meet?

I think the way to do it would be to agree a date, and then each of us book tickets individually.

If we do, I'll warn Jeff and Claire what we are doing.

Chad.

Pretty sure if you got in touch with Claire she'd be happy to waive the entrance fee, too. She is doing good work there. :)

Part of the reason for the visit is to support The Minack; they are always on the edge of bankruptcy.

I imagine their fortunes have turned around drastically since Penberth took over and slashed the 'plant budget' by around £40K a year. :D

It certainly is extraordinary. Unfortunately I am no longer blessed with agility so will have to give it a miss.

OK, with no interest I'll do this one on my own.
