Trellisick garden

Post by charlie »

Just back from walking the dog down at Trellisick and as the garden was open thought I would have a quick whizz around. Its looking really good at the moment, I am afraid I didn't have a camera with me as I wasn't expecting to go around the garden.
I haven't been for a number of years and was most impressed by the growth of all the more exotic stuff John Lanyon has been putting into the gardens, the Schefflera were looking particularly good.

Its an online booking system for the car park but once in everything is open, well worth spending some time there and I practically had the place to myself!

You are fitter than I am if you walk the dog that far!

The website says you need to book to get in, was that wrong?

Dog gets about 40 mins in the morning and also about an hour in late afternoon, its about the hour around the woodland walk at Trellisick so just a normal dog walk. sometimes we dont have to do the actual walking if we go to the beach and he runs about playing with other dogs. You need a dog with longer legs Chad! :)

You are walking very fast if you can walk to Trellisick from yours in an hour!

Or are you parking somewhere that isn't NT?

We just booked a parking space! I love my dogs but not so much I would walk to Trellisick for them!
