How many seed did you 'need' anyway.

Next time it flowers you can be more enthusiastic with the rabbit's paw.

I surface sowed 4 seeds, half covered 4 and completely covered the other 4 and got 100% germination :D
A green shoot grew then turned downwards on the visible seeds lifting all including the completely covered ones up out of the soil and then the first leaf grew from the side of this shoot/root.
If they grow like this in habitat too, I wonder what advantage lifting the seed gives the plant?
