Weedy tree fern?

I think its the real thing. Plant expert Martin Grantham in passing said he knew the woman who grew mine from spore. I bought the little fern at a UC Botanical garden sale. When i had it planted in ground it was a fast growing tree fern. I had to pot it up and that considerably reduced the dimensions,yet still to me looks attractive.
