I would top dress rather than replant, but this is advice from someone not growing them! :)

Mine has made an appearance now. I checked it last evening and there were half a dozen or more shoots about an inch tall.

I was out checking the garden last night after having put some snowdrops in and I saw the start of my plant starting to poke its head back up through the ground.
