I have a couple of bamboos to collect from Mike so we will be going. It may be all we do depending on the density of the throng.
Should be interesting trying to recognise people in masks.

Tom has put up a list of what Tregrehan itself will be offering for sale on Sunday. again this is copied and pasted from his website.

Some of the plants which will be available on Sunday from the Tregrehan Garden stall. I’m afraid we wont be taking any pre-orders this year. There are plenty of Brassaiopsis as the mother plant fruited well a couple of years ago.
Amentotaxus argotaenia

Aucuba omeiensis

Brassaiopsis hispida

Carrieria calycina

Decaisnea insignis

Deutzia longifolia

Dichroa Cambridge Blue

Diospyros japonicum

Illicium mexicanum

Impatiens balansae

Itoa orientalis

Magnolia officinalis

Magnolia sapaensis

Magnolia tamaulipana

Metrosideros Mistral seedlings

Phoebe bournei

Podocarpus brassii

Sarcococca wallichii

Schefflera shweliensis

Sorbus eleonorae

..........

I wish all of you that are going a wonderful day. I hope the wind has dropped by then; it is very 'breezy' in Cornwall today.

I was talking to Steve from Lower Kenneggy today, he will be there with an eclectic collection of beautifully presented plants as usual, including some Blechnum cycadifolium.

Have fun everyone.

By all accounts attendance and sales were considerably down on the Tremenheere fair. Still a good day, great weather.

Yes, it was a good day. I didn't arrive until 11:00am when some peeps were already leaving but it did seem a little less busy than last year.
I was surprised at how many where there without face coverings, especially amongst the more elderly.
Apart from the bamboos I came away with a few goodies including Musschia wollastonii from Treseders. I've been trying to obtain this plant ever since seeing it in flower at Lamorran Gardens many years ago, even tried growing from seed a couple of times and failed miserably.
Walked around the gardens for the first time, epic!

Would I have seen you? What do you look like? I was on Mark Fillan's stand helping out when I wasn't shopping or nattering. So, tbf, I wasn't there that much!

Like Brad Pitt, in my imagination. Fair hair, glasses and a mask, instantly forgettable.
I did look for you but only had a sketchy idea of what you looked like from a GOTE topic you posted way back when you were tripping around the wilder parts of Mexico. Didn't see anyone yesturday in poncho and sombrero :)
I must have looked at the plants on Marks stand but I don't think I bought anything there.
